Explore Your Edge helps to explore life possibilities that exist at the edge of your comfort zone by a) raising awareness of current life patterns, b) exploring additional life choices, c) sharing the tools to create change.

 

Sometimes there are blockages: emotional, physical, mental, spiritual, that hinder an ability to freely express ourselves but it is possible to clear the system. And, as a person with flexible and strong body is more likely to move freely from posture to posture, similarly the one with flexible and strong mind is more likely to move freely from one life situation to another and, perhaps, influence the next life chapter.

 

At the core there are three methods:

The approach is experiential - 'learning by doing' - followed by reflection, theory and practical application. You can 'try life changes on' before deciding whether or not to move further. And, depending on your skils, beliefs, histories, environment, purpose etc. the 'edge' is likely to be unique... as we all are.

  • Why EXPLORE?  'Playing on the edge' can be risky, pushing beyond the edge when one is not ready is not helpful. Exploring one's edge through private sessions, small group workshops or cultural experiences away from the usual 'noise', using NLP and Yoga, offers a safe and controlled space to 'be at the edge' and decide for yourself how it is and whether or not move further.
  • Why YOUR? What is helpful for one does not necessarily work for another. It is very much about finding what works for YOU personally.
  • Why EDGE? One of the definitions of 'edge' is 'the outside limit of an object, area, or surface'. And when the limit is reached, there is a new beginning!
